- The Social Media Manager is part of a small team of social media experts within our Brand team in Zurich and reports to the Head of Social Media. As a social media specialist, content writer and digital thinker, the social media manager knows and uses social media and content marketing to build a strong brand and digital relationships with key audiences. With a strong focus on content creation and performance, the social media manager is responsible for managing our social media community across multiple platforms, as well as implementing successful social media campaigns.**What you will be responsible for (extract)**:

- **Social media management**:

- **Maintenance of our corporate profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) as well as monitoring and reporting on any incoming and outgoing communication - Coordination with Corporate Communications, Brand and Marketing Teams etc.
- **Social media campaign management - **Manage and implement organic and paid campaigns on corporate profiles; Collaborate with our internal Design and Video Team to produce assets, set KPIs and objectives with key stakeholders, assist other Marketing Teams with social media campaign management and more
- **Social media governance - **Maintain Vontobel's social media tone of voice and ensure alignment with Vontobel's brand guidelines; train and coach community managers, administration and monitoring of our social media tools and accounts etc.
- **Content production - **Write and publish social media posts, articles and tweets; research content and trends; creation of multichannel story concepts, Live coverage on different media outlets and project management and more
- **Digital analytics and insights - **Research, test and optimize performance on topics, channels and technology; create and present regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis; drive optimization proposals etc.

**This is you**:

- Experience in social and digital on most key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
- Proven writing experience for social and digital platforms with clarity and a creative touch
- Native-level fluency in German. Good spoken English is a must, editorial-level English is a plus
- Experience in the financial sector with a basic understanding of investing is a plus
- A proactive approach to work with the ability to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines
- Experience managing numerous projects and stakeholders simultaneously
