As a “
**Business Controller**”, you will be working for Operations/CRC departments in order to ensure that those variables, fixed costs are effectively managed and ensure accurate monitoring and control over overhead expenses across the mentioned departments. You will have to drive Business Performance by providing relevant financial information as well as lead business planning and resource allocation. You will also be contributing to timely and high-quality reporting of financial information and improving F&C Efficiency and Effectiveness.

**A Day in the Life of a Business Controller**
- Review and analyze operational and financial performance of Business Functions
- Identify business risks and opportunities and facilitate decision-making to take advantage of them
- Build together with Business Functions yearly Business Plan, yearly Capital Expenditure plan and 5-year Market Business Strategy
- Contribute to the strategy development and provide associated scenario planning to optimize shareholder value
- Promote compliance to Nestlé and NESPRESSO guidelines and policies
- Anticipate additional controls or updates of current ones as new risks are identified
- Provide timely and 1st time quality financial information to Nespresso HQ
- Establish strong communication bridge between Swiss Market Controlling and Nespresso HQ Accounting and Controlling functions
- Work on continuous improvement and simplifications of existing tools and systems, seek best practices across markets
- Participate to business change initiatives to ensure successful implementation of new ERP

**What will make you successful**
- University degree in Finance, Business or equivalent (or Brevet Fédéral)
- 3 years in a similar role within a large / international company
- Solid understanding of finance in general
- International experience and mobility a plus
- Stakeholder management in matrix organisation
- Experience with a well-known ERP
- Advanced knowledge of MS office (MS EXCEL)
- Fluency in French and English, proficiency in Swiss German or German would be an advantage
