**Daycare Manager**

As a day-care manager you will serve as a pedagogical lead and be responsible for the overall management and delivery of a high-quality early years setting, providing professional leadership and support to staff, while promoting positive relationships with children and parents.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for the daily operations, supporting children, families, and staff
- Developing & maintaining documentation of curriculum & learning
- Placing a high priority on the interaction with parents, and building a relationship of trust with them and their satisfaction with the day-care service - first class customer service is absolutely essential
- Providing a high level of management and pedagogical leadership to the teachers and staff, building a strong sense of team morale and maintaining a professional manner at all times,while acting as a good role model for the team
- Ensuring the professional image of the day-care including cleanliness, tidiness, general atmosphere and organisation of the materials
- Accommodating visitors that are potential new families to the day-care by giving tours of the facility and explaining the day-care structure and approach

**Position** **Require**ments**
- Minimum of 2 years management experience within an early years setting
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in an early years setting
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
