**Responsibilities**

Daily activities:

- Purchasing goods and materials
- Purchasing orders respecting internal procedures
- Monitoring of delivery times and update concerned department on possible discrepancies and/or problems
- Managing of non-conformities of incoming goods and managing the issue with quality team
- Agreeing with suppliers' possible solutions as defined in terms and conditions
- Reordering of all materials
- Supporting master data creation with purchasing parameters
- Collaborating with accounting teams for checking suppliers' invoices
- Monitoring inventory level
- Strategic activities:

- Researching, selecting new suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and purchasing conditions
- Supporting all the departments in finding the best supplier
- Market analysis on competitiveness of suppliers
- Cost reduction analysis and actions
- Supporting and collaborating with all the department

**Your Profile**
- Commercial education and a strong technical background
- Very good linguistic knowledge: Italian, English, a second Swiss language German and/or French (MUST)
- Previous strong experience in the same role 'strategic buyer' in an industrial company (Electronic field preferably)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills
- Proactivity, goal orientation, problem solving attitude
