Graduate Program

**We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our International Graduate Program. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a broad understanding of our organization through rotational assignments in various departments in Switzerland also giving the option of spending a 3 months rotation in a different country, This program is designed to accelerate your professional growth, expand your skill set, and provide a solid foundation for a successful career in the green technology sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in a rotational program across different departments, including Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to gain exposure to different business units and processes.
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and business growth.
- Analyze data, conduct research, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your professional development.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering, Business, Science.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proficiency in German or/and French is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Willingness to relocate and work in different locations during the program.
