Nous ouvrons un poste de Banking Test Manager pour le compte d'un de nos clients, une prestigieuse banque privée à Genève.

**Responsabilités du poste**:

- Mettre en place des améliorations de processus et les meilleures pratiques de la banque afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience du processus de test produit.
- Être responsable, définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de test produit : objectifs, périmètre et approche pour garantir une couverture de test exhaustive et une alignement avec les objectifs du projet.
- Responsabilité des cas de test.
- Responsabilité de l'exécution des tests / Reporting.
- Suivre les KPIs de test et de qualité sur le produit avec les membres de l'équipe produit, définir un plan d'action lorsque nécessaire.
- Contribuer au suivi et à l'amélioration du processus de gestion des versions.
- Collaborer activement avec les équipes de tests en crowd.
- Diplôme de licence ou de master en informatique, génie informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Connaissance des normes de l'industrie et des meilleures pratiques en matière de tests logiciels et d'assurance qualité
- Maîtrise des méthodologies, des outils et des frameworks de test
- Expérience en tant qu'ingénieur de test produit et/ou ingénieur en automatisation, de préférence dans un environnement de développement logiciel
- Bonnes connaissances des méthodologies agiles
- Une certification telle que l'ISTQB est un plus
- Bonne maitrise de la langue française et de l'anglais (min. B2)
