Technical Clerk

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for the technical documentation of internal combustion engines for internal and external customers You are involved in the creation of article and parts lists, technical documents (such as technical data sheets) and service information for the entire range of combustion engines
- You are responsible for creating and modifying parts lists in the PLM system Albatros
- You will cooperate with various departments to ensure that deadlines are met
- You coordinate customer requests regarding technology and documentation and are responsible for the "Open Point List" of large projects in cooperation with the customers
- You maintain and organize the data exchange in SharePoint, check the responsibility of requests and forward them to the technical department

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed training as a motor vehicle mechanic agricultural machinery mechanic or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of internal combustion engines
- You have an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French or German
- You are proficient in the use of Albatros and are familiar with MS Office and ERP systems
- Your personality is characterized by your strong teamwork and communication skills as well as reliability. You enjoy working with numbers and lists and have a calm, concentrated and organized way of working in any situation
