Board is looking for a motivated **Program Manager **to join our Team in our Chiasso HQ. This role provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.
**Main responsibilities**
- Project management and Operations for product development scheduling, intake process, release management, cross functional initiatives, and team KPIs.
- Product development scheduling - working with PM and R&D for the items on the roadmap, delivery dates and updates to the release plan
- Intake process - program manage the ideas intake process that the PM team is currently implementing as part of B4B for prioritization of the ideas into roadmap features.
- Release management - there are 2-3 releases per year and have a set of activities on Asana for a cross-functional activities with CS, COE, Community, Marketing and Pre-sales. The Program manager will be involved to coordinate and run the release plan working with the CS teams.
- Initiatives - These are the 1-2 years roadmap initiatives that are more transformational and strategic like ESG, ALM, Embedded Intelligence, etc. The Program manager will work with the Product, Labs and R&D teams on monitoring the status that impacts the delivery.
- Bridge between the Product Managers, Board LABS, and R&D to manage the roadmap delivery schedules and increase cadence using agile process.
- Manage, innovate, and improve the cross functional product release program.
- Drive alignment across the product team and key stakeholders including pre-sales, customer success and marketing. Lead teams in drafting and refining shared processes.
- Monitor the progress of projects and roadmap delivery throughout their phases while mitigating future risks and acting tactically to resolve issues.
- Create, maintain, and support adherence to schedules along with gathering information to make data driven decisions.
- Track key project milestones, requirements, and deliverables to ensure all are completed within the scope, timeframe and budget.
- Build and refine processes to identify and manage cross functional projects with multi-team, multi-month, or multi-product line dependencies. Drive plans to resolve roadblocks, including identifying opportunities to streamline best practices.
- Assess Program performance and aim to maximize ROI
**You are a fit for this position if**:
- You have experience synthesizing complex information and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Your writing is concise and clear.
- You understand product and engineering best practices and possess a strong affinity for product and operations.
- You are excited by working across the organization to improve processes and drive lasting change.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of progressive operations/product/program/project management experience, including implementation programs of cross-functional projects in a technology or matrix organizational environment.
- You are enthusiastic and experienced in developing and iterating on minimum viable processes and can influence team behaviors to facilitate collaboration at scale, without compromising on speed, trust, and flexibility.
- You are a curious and enthusiastic learner, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where you must flex to meet evolving customer needs.
- You know how to communicate effectively and persuasively, with a focus on building strong working relationships.
- You are skilled with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and project management tools.
- You are willing and able to flex your schedule to work with global business partners as needed
**Bonus points**
- You have professional certifications such as Project Management (PMP/PMI), Change Management (PROSCI) and/or Agile (Scrum Master, ACP) certifications or related training and experience.
- You consider yourself an expert using Azure DevOps, Project Management tools.
- Able to be in the office at Chiasso for better team collaboration.
