**Your assignment**:

- Responsible for effective management from conception to presentation of financial scenarios, including careful management of forecasts, annual budgets and medium-term planning.
- Develop, implement and maintain modelling capabilities for planning scenarios and business risk simulations.
- Act as a business partner to senior management by continuously assessing financial developments and generating meaningful insights.
- Design and lead the transition to a new planning system, including the evaluation of a possible integrated planning approach.
- Ensure quality assurance of all planning processes and modelling functions.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure that financial planning and modelling meets the strategic objectives and requirements of the organization.

**Your background**:

- Completed studies in accounting, controlling, finance, business administration or a related field, further training in controlling (expert in accounting and controlling, CMA, CFA)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling at an international industrial company in a comparable role
- Expert in financial modelling and knowledge of common planning softwares
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Profound knowledge and MS Office, especially Excel, PowerQuery or PowerBI is a plus
- Fluent in English, oral & written. German and French is a plus
