Are you passionate about leading technological innovation in a collaborative environment? GF Machining Solutions is seeking a dynamic Head of ICT and Digital Workplace. As a key leader, you'll drive the organization's ICT strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high quality IT services. Your Role:
Strategy and Leadership:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital workplace, Infrastructure and Cloud strategies aligned with business goals and GF group guidelines.

Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of digital workplace technologies.

Ensure that GFMS infrastructure, including cloud, networks, servers, and hardware, is robust, secure, and scalable.

Continuously improve ITSM practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Provide support and technical assistance to end-users, resolving IT issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor the performance of IT systems and services, proactively identifying and addressing issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Performance and Security compliance:
Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of ICT systems, digital workplace solutions, and ITSM processes and make sure security and access controls are efficient.

Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred).

Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains.

Proven experience in ICT leadership, aligning strategies with business objectives.

Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management.

Demonstrated ability in team leadership and fostering a collaborative work culture.

Proficiency in technology management, security, and compliance.

Excellent project management skills ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
