**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen gemäß geltenden Standards und Vorschriften
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Qualitätsrichtlinien, -verfahren und -anweisungen
- Durchführung interner und externer Audits zur Überprüfung der Qualitätsstandards
- Identifikation von Qualitätsproblemen, Untersuchung von Ursachen und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen
- Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsstandards und -verfahren
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Kunden bei der Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung
- Überwachung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen und deren korrekter Behandlung
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von externen Audits und Inspektionen

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Pharmazie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel
- oder Pharmaindustrie
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der relevanten Qualitätsstandards (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Qualitätswerkzeugen und -methoden (FMEA, 5Why, CAPA, etc.)
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
