I direct all of my actions to make the complexity of our flow diagram simple for my clients so that the solutions serving the best combination of our services (product availability and promise) are understandable. I orchestrate the processing of digital orders by allowing, when it is interesting, the splitting of the order or its positioning on the most relevant stock source.
- In consultation with the Supply teams, I validate and add the most appropriate stock sources (warehouses and stores) to increase the availability of our online offer, with the most optimized promise possible.
- I make the choice of available stock sources a lever for stock flow, both in warehouses and in stores.
- I study, adapt and coordinate the implementation of transport solutions to activate new sources of stock. I validate the prices and associated services during the annual tenders.
- I monitor the delivery promise of our preparation areas (CAC/PFS EU, CAR/PFS or stores) to ensure that we meet our commitments on time.
- I implement the necessary action plans within my scope in order to guarantee the cost, promise and quality of associated services for each transport combination.
- I monitor our carriers on their ability to respect commitments made in terms of costs, quality of service and compliance with deadlines.
- I define and manage the roadmap for activating our different stock sources.
- I measure the online availability impact accordingly, particularly on short promises (< 2 days).
- I decide on the capacity of the different stock sources and the periods when these sources potentially need to be cut or prioritized/deprioritized.
- I implement and guarantee the monitoring of the split of orders, as well as its management rules in order to guarantee the best balance between availability, promise, cost and customer cost price, service.
- I work in close collaboration with Supply, Offer and transport managers.
- I ensure that information is passed on to the departments concerned, and I play an active role in the improvements I propose.
- I propose innovative solutions allowing us to differentiate ourselves by our promise, level of service, costs or environmental impact. I carry out regular benchmarks and monitor the market continuously.

You will be directly led by the Flow Manager in a hierarchical manner, for your development, the human and operational management of your scope.
