For this specific job opportunity, we would value the following skills, experience and attitude:

- **Min. 2-year experience as a swimming instructor is a must (in a club and / or hotel is a plus)**:

- **AND / OR Swiss Base / Plus / Pro pool diploma and/or French equivalent : BNSSA / BPJEPS**:

- Fluency in French and English
- Passionate about fitness and well-being
- In-depth training in fitness and personal training
- High sense of service and passion about aqua teaching
- High sense of collaboration and team spirit
- High standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to details
- IT Literacy (Pack office)

- As a next step, we would plan an interview with our Fitness & Wellness Supervisor and our HR Director
- You may then go through an online behavioral assessment to understand a bit more about yourself and you will finally meet with our Hotel General Manager.
