Pour notre entité Equans Switzerland Facility Management AG (groupe Bouygues), nous recherchons de suite ou à convenir un Technicien FM.

Technicien FM F*H à 100% à Genève
- Vos missions
- Maintenance des installations techniques du bâtiment, plus particulièrement des équipements du domaine CVCS-E
- Dépannages et suivi des dérangements ainsi que de la maintenance préventive
- Participation au service de piquet (piquet d’une semaine toutes les 5 semaines environ)
- Vous coordonnez, accompagnez et contrôlez l’action des sous-traitants
- Travaux de conciergerie (remplacement éclairage, relevé de consommations, petits travaux sanitaires, distribution du courrier
- Suivi des plannings de maintenance et réalisation des rapports d’interventions
- Participation à la promotion de nos prestations/services auprès de nos clients en nous signalant les besoins dans un but commercial

Vos responsabilités:
- Contrôle et suivi de la planification des entretiens
- En charge de l'administration, du respect des normes et des procédures de travail
- Coordination des sous-traitants spécialisés
- Participation au service d’appel hivernal en conformité avec le plan d’exploitation
- Respect des règles de sécurité des personnes et des biens matériels
- Participation à l’optimisation et à l’amélioration des équipements et installations
- Votre profil
- Vous mettez les besoins du client au premier plan avez un bon esprit d’équipe et avez à cœur de fournir des prestations de qualité:
- Rigoureux et fort sens de l'organisation
- Expérience exigée et confirmée au sein d'une fonction similaire dans un département FM
- Formation technique dans l'un des domaines CVC-E (CFC technique ou équivalent technique
- Connaissance de MS Office et d´une GMAO recommandée
- Expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
- De langue maternelle française, des connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand sont un plus
