**HR Business Partner**:
**Compiti**:

- Responsabilità di tutti i compiti operativi in materia di risorse umane per circa 80 dipendenti del servizio assistenza e dell'organizzazione ricambi
- Ricerca e selezione del personale
- Gestione di tutti i processi legati alle risorse umane: assunzione dei dipendenti, supporto e sviluppo, fine rapporto
- Assistenza costante ai manager di linea nella gestione del personale per reclami, conflitti ed azioni disciplinari, nel processo della valutazione annuale dei dipendenti e nel processo annuale della revisione salariale
- Gestione diretta o in team di progetti nell'ambito delle risorse umane
- Costante contatto con l'headquarter in Svizzera interna e con le controparti HR estere

**Profilo**:

- Formazione professionale in ambito HR con diploma federale, o studi aziendali specifici
- Esperienza professionale pregressa in posizioni equivalenti e con mansioni simili quali pianificazione del personale e budgeting
- Ottima padronanza dell'inglese
- Preferibile conoscenza del francese e del tedesco
- Buona conoscenza dei programmi MS Office (Word, Excel) e di SAP
