**Position Summary**

As a **Group Tax Business Model Manager**, you will ensure tax compliance and optimization within business objectives. This includes determining the right operating model for centralized business models, managing tax audits and litigation, and providing tax advice for business transactions. You will also handle general Business Models projects.

**A Day in the Life of a Group Tax Business Model Manager**
- Implementing Nestlé's business models tax strategy.
- Ensuring compliance with operating guidelines for the businesses in scope.
- Partnering with local Market organizations to provide advice on compliance and defense of Group strategy and policies.
- Managing tax audits, APAs, and MAPs for centralized business models.
- Assisting with M&A transactions related to business models.
- Supporting Group Tax on global projects and initiatives.
- Advising businesses in scope on transactions and projects.
- Managing communication with tax authorities, external advisers, and auditors.

**What will make you successful**
- Significant in depth experience in transfer pricing, tax operating models, or international tax roles within Nestlé, other multinational companies, tax authorities, or external consulting firms.
- Demonstrates extensive exposure to a variety of tax topics related to centralized models, with a particular emphasis on principal models.
- Familiar with financial modeling and analysis.
- Experienced in working independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience interacting with cross-functional teams, including remote teams.
- Proficient in English. Any other languages are a definite benefit.
