People & Culture Project Manager

**What it's about**
As the People and Culture Project Manager you will be at the core of managing projects across the HR department to transform the function and our approach to supporting and developing our people across the company. Working side-by-side with the Head of Organization Development and partnering with the broader Human Resources Team, you will design project plans, create roadmaps, and implement critical HR projects, processes and initiatives.
Some of the projects you will be responsible for include multi-disciplinary and recurring projects of strategic importance such as coordinating the execution of our year-end assessment, progression and compensation processes and managing the employee engagement and other surveys. You will also help execute ad-hoc, strategic projects, which in recent times have included developing a holistic approach to succession planning, implementing a new leadership concept, and selecting a People Analytics solution and overseeing its implementation.
This role also comes with many possible growth opportunities as you learn more about existing Centers of Excellence, programs and systems, and have direct and regular exposure to members of the firm's Executive Team.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Building and embedding project management disciplines for executing strategic projects and large multi-disciplinary recurring processes.
- Ensuring that our projects and processes are delivered on time and to the highest quality standard, including effective and timely escalation when and where needed
- Establishing effective relationships with Subject Matter Experts to ensure best execution
- Effectively communicating with key stakeholders to gain their buy-in, approval or cooperation, or alert them to potential risks, as needed
- Providing support, advice and counsel to team members on best practices to ensure project success
- As you develop expertise and broad knowledge of our organization by executing projects, offering consultation and collaboration to People and Culture Business Partners, Center of Excellence teams and business stakeholders
- Own internal project governance for the HR team, including, where appropriate process documentation
**What we expect**
- A proven track record of excellent project management skills including organization, capable of leading through influence and holding people accountable, forward thinking and risk management approach to catch problems before they arise
- Hands on experience in process optimization & working cross-functionally to deliver
- At least 5 years' professional experience ideally in a Strategy or HR function
- Critical thinking capabilities with the ability to develop a point of view on strategic topics and the conviction to share it
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; and comfort in learning new tools where not familiar
- Great written communication skills including an eye for detail in the content produced
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening skills, adept at providing feedback and capable of adapting messages to different audiences
- Fluency in English
