**Your role**
- We're looking for a Product Owner - Mandatory Learning Switzerland:
- provide the vision and direction for the specific learning pod by setting the strategy, roadmap and own the pod’s objectives and key results (OKRs)
- create, together with your pod, innovative and high-quality mandatory learning programs related to specific functions or roles including curriculum design, learning formats, key milestones, life-cycle management and certification process
- deeply understand the learning requirements of our internal partners and help them providing tailor-made training solutions to their target groups
- mitigate impediments, build alignment across the crew and act as your pod’s ambassadors towards other pods, stakeholders and clients
- foster a team culture and fully empower pod members to fulfill their potential

- You'll be working in the Mandatory Learning team in Switzerland.
