Tasks
- Community management
- Customer service via various media (including by telephone, but no cold calls)
- Support in the organization of marketing activities and events
- Prepare, coordinate, and participate in user interviews to gain insights for marketing and product development

**Requirements**:
**You should already be able to do that**:

- You are fluent in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Be a team player
