- The Associate Director, Quantitative Research & Analytics will use best-in-class quantitative market research methodologies to convert data and information in insights that shape portfolio and asset strategies; the person will collaborate in close partnership with the TA, CE&E, S&G and other MAP colleagues for multiple solutions, including for pre-launch/launch forecasts. The role will also lead on innovation projects to step-change the quality of and speed to valuable insights, e.g., through automation.
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain disease area and patient models based on the actual data and anticipated market changes
- Partner with TA teams and provide analytics solutions and generate insights that shapes early, pre
- and launch asset Strategies
- Drive business analytics innovation projects, e.g., driving analytics automation and scale
- Provide input and guidance to the Data Strategy team in CE&E
- Build best-in-class business capabilities within team
- Maintain relevant databases on actual data and anticipated market changes (e.g., clinical practice, innovation) to provide input into GPS&C TA and customer engagement strategies
- Foster collaboration, customer centric solution design within Global Integrated Insights teams as well as with TA team, Medical and priority markets
- Partner with Integrated Insights and TA colleagues on effective data generation and sharing to the relevant stakeholders across GPS&C and priority markets
The role can be based in either Switzerland and/or USA.

- Deep understanding of methodologies needed to execute on quantitative MR studies

- Ability to foster digital innovation and analytics automation to improve business outcomes and maximize customer value
Preferred- US pharma landscape understanding (either having worked in the US or being in a role where success of the US organization is the dominant element of achieving the goals set for this role)
