**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a **plant equipment builder specializing in pipe construction (M/F/d)**

Within the “Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst” organization, we design reliable and sustainable solutions in the “Site Reliability” cluster.
The “Operations & Maintain Assets” organization is responsible for ensuring the energy and media supply and ensuring building operations as well as providing maintenance services at the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations.
The Technical Solutions and Maintenance group offers the best technical solutions and workshop services.

**Main tasks and areas of responsibility**:

- Troubleshooting, maintenance and conversions to production systems
- Planning and manufacturing pipelines using isometric drawings
- Experience in TIG welding of chrome-nickel steel pipelines, welding of "black" pipelines, orbital welding
- Proactivity in recognizing safety-relevant aspects, cost-conscious behavior and compliance with existing processes
- Advising clients (internally) and
finding the most economical solution for a wide range of problems at any time
- Clarifying with suppliers and placing orders independently
- Working across departments in interdisciplinary teams and participating in various exciting projects
- Working and documenting in accordance with GMP regulations
- Setting your own goals and being willing to continue your training in order to stay up to date with the latest technology
- Bringing about change with your specialist knowledge and using specialist knowledge from other areas
- Ensuring the exchange of information in the specialist departments and working proactively and independently in self-organized teams

**Must Haves**:

- Completed training as a pipe fitter or structural fitter
- Experience in TIG welding of chrome-nickel steel pipelines, welding of "black" pipelines, orbital welding
- Experience in the field is an advantage
- Good IT skills
- IT affinity (MS Office, Gmail, SAP)
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Very high willingness to provide service with a high sense of duty
- Independent, proactive and honest personality
- Proactivity in recognizing safety-relevant aspects, cost-conscious behavior and compliance with existing processes
- Independent, efficient and organized way of working
- Customer-oriented, self-initiative, communicative, motivating and decisive personality

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in GMP environment
