365 days a year, our global manufacturing and supply network works to ensure our patients have the treatments they need to live longer, healthier lives.
- A Maintenance Technician is responsible for the execution of maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning activities for projects at site level.
- Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare tools, spare parts etc. for maintenance / calibration.
- Identify spare parts for maintenance and maintain pick lists.
- Get permits for maintenance / calibration / projects.
- Execute work orders for maintenance / calibration as per method statement / procedure.
- Supervise maintenance / calibration work as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Update CMMS after maintenance / calibration completion.
- Document execution of calibration.
- Manage stores for spare parts ( good receipt, incoming inspection, delivery to work area, make parts for quick repairs and improvements).
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

**Minimum requirements**
- Operations Management and Execution skills
- Being able to collaborate across boundaries
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Familiar with HSE and GMP
- Good technical knowledge within a brooder process technology environment, starting from dispensing units over granulation, tabletting, coating of solids dosage forms including packaging units
- Outstanding root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

Desirable requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in Pharma/Manufacturing sector in analytical lab in a GMP environment/equivalent technical knowledge
