VOTRE MISSION
- Le secteur de la santé est en pleine mutation et la Suisse a besoin de rattraper son retard. Des solutions informatiques modernes font partie d'un prestataire de santé moderne, au même titre que les prestations médicales et les soins.
- Chez adesso, nous soutenons les principaux prestataires de services de santé dans leur transformation numérique et les fournisseurs de solutions eHealth / mHealth grâce à notre expertise en matière de processus et d'informatique.
- Aidez-nous avec vos connaissances et vos compétences afin que nous puissions contribuer à préparer le système de santé suisse pour l'avenir. Vos tâches comprennent:
- Analyse des exigences des clients dans le domaine de l'informatique de la santé.
- Elaboration de concepts et d'architectures techniques pour des solutions innovantes dans le domaine de l'eHealth et mHealth.
- Collaboration à l'élaboration d'offres et soutien dans les activités.
- Représentation d'adesso dans les associations et groupes d'intérêt liés à la eHealth.
- Mise à disposition d'expertise pour les collègues et conseil aux clients sur les thèmes eHealth / mHealth et IHE.
**Anforderungen**:
- VOTRE PROFIL
- Diplôme en informatique ou qualification équivalente et expérience pratique en tant que Lead Developer ou architecte.
- Connaissances d'expert en Java, SOAP, REST ; tout autre langage de haut niveau serait un plus.
- Connaissances en Domain Driven Development (DDD).
- Frameworks Java généraux, Java EE et frameworks Web modernes.
- Connaissance de travail dans Apache Camel et IPF.
- Expérience avec les technologies sous-jacentes HL7 et FHIR ; la connaissance de CDA- CH-II serait un plus.
- Familier avec l'intégration continue et le développement piloté par les tests.
- Connaissance d'au moins deux des langages suivants : MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
- Connaissances de travail avec Docker ; Kubernetes serait un plus.
- NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB) serait un plus.
- Expérience avec des hyperscalers comme Azure ou AWS serait un plus.
- Connaissance du système de santé suisse ainsi que du dossier électronique du patient DEP.
- Anglais, français ou allemand avec des connaissances dans l'autre langue toujours un plus
