**What You Will Be Doing** Project Management Tasks**
- Serve as the primary contact for all project stakeholders, develop and maintain a project plan, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals
- Direct and manage the project development on time and within budget
- Lead and motivate the interdisciplinary project team and partners
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and potential issues
- Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies for successful project execution
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards by reviewing and implementing improvements
**Application Manager Tasks**
- Assume ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors system post-implementation, ensuring alignment with the organization’s evolving needs
- Update and enhance the SAP SF modules, drive the adoption of relevant features, and manage system performance with the IT-Team
- Collect and prioritize feedback and improvement suggestions from users.
- Ensure operations for an effective resolution of complex technical issues with external partners.
- Actively shape the platform’s future roadmap
- Manage training to ensure all users stay current on the latest updates and features
**What You Bring To The Job**
- Practical experience in either BA, HR, IT and a strong affinity for both IT and HR
- Experience in project management / product ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and processes
- Ability to manage priorities and tasks, analytical thinking, and structured way of working
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- And finally - a sense of good humor is very much appreciated
- Travel Requirements5% global travel per year (average stay of 5-7 days)
- Ge: C1 - Advanced
- En: B2 - Upper Intermediate
**Nice-to-Haves**
- Education in commercial, technical, ICT, or a Bachelor's degree in BA, IT, HR, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- HR experience and understanding of GDPR regulations
