Your tasks
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for the analysis of drugs using SPR for our customers
- Conduct method optimization and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy, precision, and robustness of analytical methods
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
- Generate and interpret data to support method development, validation, and transfer
- Prepare and review technical documents, including analytical method development and validation reports, protocols, and analytical test procedures
- Organize, participate and review of the routine testing
- Investigate under GMP for deviation, non-conformity, OOS, change controls
- Train technicians and peers under GMP
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in analytical technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and methods

Your qualifications and attributes
- We are looking for team players, who want's to share their knowledge with our team and improve their personal capabilities
- Background in Biology or Biochemistry
- Strong experience in protein interaction in general and SPR in particular
- Experience in immunoassay (ELISA) and/or gel electrophoresis is an advantage
- Experience working in a GMP or GLP environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports and presentations
- High discipline and sense of responsibility
- English fluent, German is an advantage
