To support our CRM team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for a

**INTERN CRM**
**(M/F/X — 100%)**

The primary focus of this six-month internship will be to support on a wide variety of CRM-related projects. At IWC we have an ambitious roadmap for the coming year, including many boutique openings. The intern will contribute to ongoing projects with existing boutiques and support on onboarding completely new ones.

**Duration**: 6 Months

**YOUR MISSION AT IWC.**
- Enhance and update CRM toolkit for boutique teams
- Support on building and updating training materials for new boutiques
- Communicating the material proactively and in an engaging way
- Contribute and drive a wide array of projects, involving both HQ stakeholders and markets
- Animate the community of CRM Champions
- Support in creating meaningful CRM activations that drive sales
- Deploy new methods of data collection on the field
- Support in the implementation of HQ, loyalty and gift management guidelines
- Support on daily operations such as user management, access rights, and bug reports
- Follow-up proactively on JIRA and IT tickets
- Support markets with creating and onboarding new users

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.**
- University degree in Business, Economics
- Hands-on personality that is used to work independently, very organized and quick to react
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record for building impactful presentations
- Previous experience with CRM tools, notably Salesforce, is a plus but not a pre-requisite
- Ability to communicate in a diplomatic, yet straightforward manner
- Business fluent English skills are required, German / French is a plus
- Interest in luxury and watchmaking is a plus
