**Working Student Talent Attraction (m/w/d) 50 - 60%**:

**Deine neuen Herausforderungen**:

- Verantwortung für sämtliche administrative Tätigkeiten im Rekrutierungsprozess
- Erstellen von Stelleninseraten
- Bewerbungsmanagement inkl. Kommunikation mit Bewerber*innen, Versenden von Gesprächseinladungen, Vertragsangaben sowie Absagen
- Organisation und Koordination von Bewerbungsgesprächen und Fallstudien mit Recruiter, Line Manager und weiteren internen Stakeholder
- Du koordinierst unser Projektportfolio, aktualisierst die Übersicht unserer Projekte und sammelst Erfahrungen als Projekt Lead
- Pflege von Talent Pools
- Unterstützung im Messen
- und Hochschulmarketing

**Deine idealen Voraussetzungen**:

- Aktuell im Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit Office 365, SAP / SuccessFactors von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Geschäftstelefonaten und Zeitdruck von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
