Due to our continued growth we are now hiring a Financial Analyst / Business Controller for our Finance team in Galgenen, Switzerland.

In this cross functional role you will make sure among other responsibilities that the month-end-closing is accurate across all our locations in Switzerland (Lachen, Brunegg, Wohlen, Galgenen). You’ll interact with SC Finance as well as with the EMEA Supply Chain functions to make sure that all deadlines are met and accurate figures are reported.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Participate in month-end closing in close cooperation with accounting and Genpact (India) and with the Finance team
- Ensure all deadlines are met and accurate figures are reported to our HQ in NY at month-end/year
- end (in accordance with US GAAP)
- Coordinate with other members of the Finance team to review financial information and forecasts
- Prepare financial and other required reports and projections based on the performed analyses
- Monitor, reconcile and report monthly VAT declarations for CH and EU, create sales reconciliation based on VAT reported
- Act as a Business Partner for financial related topics - budget, performance analysis and reporting
- Responsible for financial accuracy of inventory by collaborating with Planning, Inventory Control team and international Finance teams
- Optimize current financial processes and foster use of systems available (e.g. SAP BI, Oracle, etc.)
- Ensure SOX & Audit compliance within the Finance team and that the internal controls are set up, working and documented

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who brings:

- Bachelor’s Degree as a Business Economist or in Business Administration with major in Finance, Expert Accounting and Controlling
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in a finance and accounting role
- High business and financial acumen
- Experience in a fast-paced and international working environment
- Budget to Report (B2R) as well as Order to Cash (OTC) process knowledge would be required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Motivated team player with integrity and initiative
- Proactive personality, who is eager to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong fluency with Microsoft Office and SAP, CPM/Oracle skills are a plus
- Knowledge of SAP Hana is an advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English and good German skills are required
