Manufacturing Finance Manager

To strengthen and lead our finance team at Swiss Cosmetics Production AG (SCP), member entity of La Prairie Group, with seat in Berneck SG, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Finance Manager. In this role, you are member of the management team of the manufacturing site and are reporting to the General Manager of SCP and are operating in an international environment.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Oversee all finance activities of the factory
- Reporting to management and stakeholders and advising management on decisions related to the company’s finances
- Ensure monthly closing in Abacus (Swiss CO and IFRS), quarterly reporting and preparation of annual financial report
- Supervise the preparation of annual budget and forecasts
- Responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Supervise fixed asset investment budgets support investment decision making and optimisation projects
- Act as Local Compliance Officer with the support and guidance from the Group Compliance Officer in HQ

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years professional working experience with similar responsibility
- Finance exposure in operations, manufacturing and procurement
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Performance oriented mindset, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a commercially driven and multi-functional environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint
- SAP, Abacus or other major ERP software experience is a plus
- Fluent English and German language skills are required.
