**What you’ll do**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Facilities installations (HVAC, Utilities, fire protection system, Gas station, etc.)
- Support for repair and emergencies on Facilities installations (HVAC, Utilities, building and infrastructure)
- Participate in the configuration of HVAC and other systems, and make the necessary repairs
- Available on call with on-site intervention if necessary
- Follow-up and monitoring of alarm systems in place on Installation Facilities (BMS, EMS)
- Schedule & coordinate contractors for on site operations (HVAC, housekeeping, electrical, utilities )
- Perform work permit process for on site contractors’ activities
- Recording of inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance in CMMS/GMAO (Infor EAM)
- Support the Facilities team on the Energy Management part of the site (meter reading, proposals for improving energy use)
- Perform periodic EHS inspections of Facility areas
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Facility scope (Energy consumption, operations, procedure )
- Perform Electrical investigation, checks and minor works
- Assist in the preparation of the budget and ensure that it is followed
- Application of DBS tools (Lean techniques) towards the continuous improvement of safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
- Shift working could be required

**Who you are**
- Technical Diploma or degree and has 6+ years experience, preferably maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
- P.M process, maintenance work & fault finding - electrical, pneumatic & PLC.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity, providing leadership.
- Experienced Working on Own Initiative.
- Computer literacy.
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Experience in the Controlling and Maintaining of the Spare Parts System.
- Desired electrical qualification level
- Quality assurance, cGMP / FDA QSR / ISO regulations
