**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Travel 20-40% of time to customers both direct and downstream in EMEA.
ROLE CAPABILITIES
- Team leading skills

- Strong communications and interpersonal skills internally and externally.
- Strong skills in working autonomously and team collaboration skills.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Advanced degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (PhD or Master is a plus) with significant technology experience.
- 10+ years working experience in a relevant area are supportive.
- Languages: Fluent in English. Any other European language like French, German or Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Driving License for passenger cars and adequate driving experience.
Plus
- Experience with Development processes and good interaction with OEMs for RAC components (end-users/retailers, system OEMs, compressors, controls).
- Has Business understanding on Patent/Regulatory issues (e.g. F Gas EU 517/ 2014, EN378, IEC60355).
