Aufgaben
- Content Creation von der Konzeption und Planung über Shootings bis hin zur Post-Production für digitale Kampagnen, Plakate, Flyer, Inserate, etc.
- Organic Social Media Management: Verantwortung für unsere Feeds auf allen Kanälen
- Konzeption von wiederkehrenden Formaten für die sozialen Medien
- Schaffen von klaren Prozessen, nützlichen Programm-Setups und Vorlagen zur Effizienzsteigerung der Content-Abteilung
- Aufrechterhaltung des Markenimage/CICD und Verantwortung für den einheitlichen Brand-Auftritt
- Führen eines Praktikanten

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Aus
- oder Weiterbildung in Content Production und/oder Social Media Management
- Leidenschaft und Expertise in Fotografie & Film
- Profinutzer in Adobe Creative Suite und Canva, allenfalls auch CapCut oder anderer Video
- oder Bildbearbeitungssoftware
- Social Media Native - du weisst über die neusten Trends stets Bescheid und kennst dich mit allen gängigen Plattformen aus
- Awareness für den einheitlichen Brand-Auftritt
- Konzeptionell & strategisch stark
- Struktur
- und Organisationsfan
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, mündlich sowie schriftlich
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kreativität und Innovationsfähigkeit
- Erste Führungserfahrung ist von Vorteil
