**Your new responsibilites**
- **Service Delivery - internal focus**:

- Create and maintain Service Descriptions and OLAs with the Architects / Team Leads
- Ensure, that cost charged to customers reflects the efforts and costs
- Ensure Change Requests are reflected in Service Descriptions and the budget / cost charging
- Budget preparation and execution together with BA and the Head of SI IT DIS CLD
- Monitors efforts and cost spent on the services and client engagements of the team and adapts the pricing and cost charging to clients accordingly
- Support the team in developing new services
- **Account Management - external focus**:

- Coordinate pre-sales activities with prospective clients and the Architects / Team Leads
- Organize and execute service reviews with customers and responsible Architects
- Manage proper cost charging to clients (Siemens internal)
- Promote the service offerings and portfolio to interested parties and prospective clients
- Drive development of new services based on demands of the clients
- **Processes**:

- Define and optimize operational processes and procedures in close collaboration with responsible Architects / Team leads
- Create transparency operational excellence, define KPIs and reports - e.g.: trend of service and infrastructure cost, overview on the number of incidents and service requests

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations & support
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of AWS and Azure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of Atlassian Software Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles, ITSM and Cybersecurity
- Strong collaboration and team development skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed, multicultural teams remotely
- Written and spoken English on a proficient level is a must, additional language like German is a plus
