Director Finance

**The Position**:
This role is responsible for the financial delivery, governance and business partnering of business aircraft Management. Partnering with the leadership team, this role will assist the CEO in day to day management and development to further grow of the company. In this position you are not only delegating and leading, you are part of the small team and work together with your team actively in the daily business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the statutory and management reporting for all aspects of the business
- Preparation of a budget plan, weekly cash flow and monthly rolling forecast process which pro-actively identifies risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure consistent financial delivery
- of annual financial statements

Mgmt. of customer relationships to ensure accurate billing and receivables management
- Mgmt. of external suppliers and contract management
- Leadership and development of the finance organisation
- Provide project costs for business case calculations to justify investment in the project
- Manage relationships with external banking partners to secure flexible financing facilities
- Ensure company compliance with financial regulations and implement a local governance framework to protect shareholder value
- Ensure local controls are installed and the substantiating documentation is approved per Nomad policies

**Eligibility**:

- A recognized professional accounting qualification within the aviation business
- A professional qualification in Business Administration with a CPA certificate
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience for small/medium sized companies
- Proven track record of exceptional performance and deliver
- Experience in project management incl. cost planning and managing costs
- Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of financial Swiss law incl. tax
- You are an energetic, motivated and proactive person with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to stay ahead of things even in demanding situations
- Team player with a strong people awareness and independence, clarity, transparency and confidentiality in the way of working
- Have an excellent knowledge of verbal and written German and English
