Balancing between being an artist and a team player, working in the kitchen requires a wide sets of skills.

Beside creating new dishes and look for new flavours your jobs includes the following: bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods. Present, garnish and arrange final dishes. Occasionally present food to the guests. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.

SKILLS: Fluent German and fluent English French or Italian wished additional language(s) is a plus Coordinator Communicator Organisator Multitasking abilities Empathetic
