Nous somme actuellement en recherche d’un/e responsable de projet Architectural dont la mission consistera à traiter l’ensemble des activités de construction / rénovation des boutiques et shop-in-shop du réseau Retail de notre client horloger basé à Bienne.

**POSTE**

Dans le cadre des projets de construction shop-in-shop et boutique en propre, voici les points importants de la mission:

- Soutien à l’établissement des business plans et dossiers d’investissement
- Centralisation, compilation et transmission des données, en collaboration avec les différents départements concernés (Retail Multibrand, RH, Finance)
- Chiffrage du coût des travaux et du mobilier
- Appels d’offre tout corps de métier et estimation de la durée des travaux
- Interface pour l’affinage des dossiers jusqu’à l’obtention des signatures pour présentation lors des Retail Committees
- Architecture : pilotage et management des prestataires architectes - internes ou externes - durant toute la phase de rénovation ou construction
- Proposition de concept (y compris mobilier) et plan de boutique au Brand et General Manager
- Rénovation et entretien des boutiques (changement des murs de fond, revêtement de sol, compteur de trafic, etc.)
- Pilotage des modifications jusqu’à validation des Brand et General Manager
- Proposition d’un plan de masse et de rendering pour validation par le Management du groupe puis les marques
- Gestion tactique des desideratas des marques
- Validation finale du plan détaillé pour travaux
- Suivi de chantier par le pilotage de l’architecte local supervisant tous les corps de métier
- Pilotage direct du/des fabricant(s) de meubles
- Responsable du respect des budgets, du timing et du concept
- Lecture et validations des plans détaillés fournis par l’architecte
- Validation des finitions et de certains éléments de décoration
- Vérification des commandes de mobilier passées
- Réception des travaux, suivi des malfaçons et corrections à apporter
- Transmission des factures établies, et suivi des règlements afférents
- Elaboration collaborative avec le Brand Manager CH du retro-planning exhaustif de chaque projet couvrant tous les domaines (architecture, travaux, RH, produits, logistique, marketing, formation )
- Mise à jour et transmissions aux personnes concernées

**PROFIL**
- Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire dans le monde du Retail/Commerce de détail
- Capacité de conduite et de gestion de projets
- Sens de lanticipation, visionnaire au sens stratégique
- Bonnes qualités relationnelles
- Rigueur et méthode dans la planification des activités et le suivi des échéances
- Grande flexibilité et polyvalence dans une petite structure dynamique
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques qui ont trait à ce corps de métier
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ou de l’allemand
- Connaissances en matière de droit de construction et des restrictions en milieu aéroportuaire (un atout)
