**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als
- **Head of Digital eCommerce & D2C Technology** gestalten und betreiben Sie aktiv das digitale Geschäft und den E-Commerce. In dieser herausfordernden Funktion sind Sie in einem mehrdeutigen Umfeld mit widersprüchlichen Projekten, Stakeholdern und Zeitplänen für den globalen und Weleda-weiten E-Commerce-Betrieb und das Service Management von E-Commerce-Anwendungen und Webshops end-to-end verantwortlich. Darüber hinaus treiben Sie das Release-Management, das Provider
- und Vendor-Management voran und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Konzeption und Abwicklung aller Q&A-Prozesse. Als Führungspersönlichkeit, die Menschen inspirieren kann, funktionsübergreifende Teams leitet und sehr eng mit dem Top-Management und Sponsoren zusammenarbeitet, sind Sie verantwortlich für:

Technologische Strategie**: Entwicklung einer Roadmap für den eCommerce-Bereich, Auswahl und Implementierung von innovativen Lösungen für eine effiziente und skalierbare Plattform
- ** Den globalen und konzernweiten E-Commerce-Betrieb** und das Service Management von E-Commerce-Anwendungen und Webshops end-to-end, die eigenständige, strategische und vorausschauende Entwicklung des Betriebs
- und Service Managements mit Fokus auf Cloud Computing, DevOps-Betrieb, ITIL-Frameworks und kosteneffiziente Lösungen, sowie die Verantwortung für Kostencontrolling und detailliertes Reporting
- ** Globales Releasemanagement**: Die Etablierung, Überwachung und Optimierung von globalen und zielgruppenweiten Release-Management-Prozessen für E-Commerce-Anwendungen und Webshops end-to-end
- ** Entwicklung und Coding**: Überwachung der Webanwendungs-, API- und Back-End-Entwicklung für eine nahtlose Integration der eCommerce-Plattformen
- ** UX/UI-Optimierung**: Leitung bei der Gestaltung von Benutzeroberflächen für herausragende Benutzererfahrungen und Kundenbindung
- ** Datenanalyse und KI**: Einsatz von Datenanalyse, maschinellem Lernen und KI für personalisierte Kundenerlebnisse und Verständnis des Kundenverhaltens
- ** Technologiepartnerschaften**: Identifikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Technologieanbietern für die Implementierung neuer Funktionen und Plattformverbesserungen
- ** Sicherheit und Performance**: Gewährleistung der Plattform
- und Datensicherheit sowie Optimierung der Leistung für ein reibungsloses Kundenerlebnis

- & Vendor-Management**: Von E-Commerce-Anwendungen und Webshops end-to-end einschließlich Vendor-Exploration, Tender-Management und Vertragsgestaltung & -verhandlung für SLA-basierte, global gültige Application-Management-Verträge für die E-Commerce-Anwendungs
- und Webshop-Landschaft
- ** Disziplinarische Führung** des Digital eCommerce & D2C Technology **Teams**, Leitung sowie funktionsübergreifende enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen

**Unsere Erwartungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften (oder mehrjährige Erfahrung mit zunehmender Verantwortung in DevOps, Systemadministration, Management von Cloud-Services) oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung in agil gesteuerten Softwareentwicklungsprojekten in komplexen Organisationsstrukturen mit damit verbundenen vielschichtigen und heterogenen technischen Lösungslandschaften
- Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Überwachung von Anwendungen und Systemen zur Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit, Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Sicherheit. Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, zwischen sehr unterschiedlichen Abstraktionsebenen zu wechseln
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Web-Technologien und der Nutzung von Datenanalysen für digitale Plattformen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von KI- und ML-Methoden im eCommerce-Bereich wären von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, Teams in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld und an verschiedenen Standorten zu motivieren und zu leiten sowie eigenständig Lösungen zu entwickeln und erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Fliessend in Englisch und fortgeschrittenem Deutsch
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von eCommerce-Plattformen
