Exigences du poste (formation, aptitudes)
- Décolleteur, mécanicien de précision ou titre équivalent.
- Connaissances approfondies du Décolletage CNC, multi broche et tournage CNC est un plus.
- Connaissances du domaine médical est un plus.
- Bonnes capacités à gérer des projets d’usinage.
- Rigoureux, ouverture d’esprit.
- Bonne capacité de résolution de problème.
- Esprit d’équipe, apte à travailler dans une équipe projet.
- Connaissance de la programmation TB DECO et/ou ISO CITIZEN et FANUC.
- Aisance avec l’outil informatique.

Responsabilités
- Définir les gammes d’usinage.
- Définir les outils de coupe.
- Réaliser les programmes CNC.
- Mettre en train et tester les programmes CNC sur des machines-outils CNC.
- Proposer et suivre la mise en place des améliorations des gammes d’usinage.
- Participer au choix des nouveaux équipements, à la définition du cahier des charges et leurs installations.
- Documenter les mises en train et les changements de gamme d’usinage, rédiger les instructions et les procédures d’usinage pour la production.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le service qualité et les règles qualité JABIL.
- Supporter les ingénieurs dans leurs activités de production.
- Supporter la production lors des mises en train.
- Réaliser la formation du personnel de production.
