We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, it will be your primary role to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers with our product. Your job would include working closely with geographically and culturally diverse colleagues.

Tasks
- Manage customer accounts, including communication with technical teams and customers, issue resolution, and customer advocacy within Invenda.
- Develop high-quality relationships with existing and new customers during the onboarding, pilot, and scale-up phase.
- Sign purchase orders and contracts, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our service.
- Take care of customer training and education, retention, and renewals, and regular collecting of customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Invenda’s Sales, Product, Support, Hardware, and Operations teams to develop customer relationships and a deep understanding of our product offering.
- Provide support to Invenda’s Sales Team with technical questions and onboarding new clients.
- Shape our product roadmap, onboarding agenda, and development of our product while playing a central role in ensuring the success of Invenda and our customers.
- You will be part of our Customer Success team, reporting directly to the Customer Success Team Lead.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or proven technical background.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Relationship Manager.
- Experience in the technology, retail, or FMCG sectors, with familiarity with selling disruptive products, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication skills, and empathy.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and actively seek unique challenges to help build and scale a successful business that disrupts its market.
- You are a team player who works transparently and with integrity.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
