**Global Account Coordinator - Your future role?**

As a Global Account Coordinator you provide strategic support, including desk research and analysis of global statistics and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams is required to promote the flavor library to clients and develop tools for tracking global projects. You will also support price negotiations by managing contracts, project support, data management, and providing general account support.

You will be based in Kemptthal, Switzerland (on-site role) and will report directly to the World Account Manager.

**You will**:
**Strategic Support**
- Guide desk research and analysis of statistics, reports and corporate performance at global level
- Collaborate with core account team (Sales, FC&A, Marketing, and IT) on best approach/tools to promote the flavour library to the client
- Support to develop tools and tracking global initiatives

**Price Negotiations and Global Contracts**
- Oversee the price file together with the WAM - at global, cross-category level
- Support to number analysis needed for the annual negotiations
- Collaborate with internal Pricing partners to have up-to-date annual price list(-s) in SAP
- Active global coordination and implementation of new prices (including between negotiations) and organisational systems of the client
- Maintain the reception and update of global contracts and work with Planning department

**Project Management**
- Project support by creating business request, follow up of samples, documentation, communication follow up

**Data Management and Global Coordination of Key Services**
- Ensure that the data in our systems is accurate
- Prepare Sales statistics and customize analysis, in our client needed format for regular Business Review and report purpose

**General Account Support and Core Team Communication**
- Support WAM/RAM in all necessary activities related to business analysis, sales budget, pricing, presentations

**You have**:

- University degree - academic working and thinking level
- 2-5 years of commercial work experience, including account administration, marketing assistant, or customer relationship in food or related industry
- Experience with IT systems, tools and databases
- Understanding of SAP processes, and order and invoice processing
- Ability to act as a Key User of platforms, like MyGivaudan, Google Drive, Compass, a.o. and ensuring up-to-date information
- Reporting and communication skills
- Proficient in building presentations and written communications
