**Who you are**

You're an integral part of our Country Integrated Media team at IKEA Switzerland, where you'll be at the helm of shaping strategies and budget allocations across media channels to amplify our marketing ROI. Your role is pivotal in planning, creating, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing impactful campaigns.

What you bring:

- A strong foundation in Media, with extensive knowledge of the Swiss Media Market.
- Expertise in the media landscape, whether from history in a Media Agency or a Marketing Team on the client-side. Understanding the synergy between paid, earned, and owned channels, both online and offline.
- A number-driven mindset with profound budgeting skills for multi-channel marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex topics, alongside the prowess to lead and inspire both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in English is a must. Fluency in a local language (German, French, Italian) is a significant plus.

**A day in your life with us**
- Actively contribute to the marketing plan, aiming for the collective objectives and goals.
- Forge successful national and local media campaigns in close collaboration with our local media agency.
- Partner with teams across Marketing, including Content Creation and CRM, to orchestrate the most effective campaigns.
- Dive deep into media KPIs to enhance our strategies and increase ROI.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with external suppliers and pioneer new ways to communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with other Integrated Media Leaders from different countries and implement best practices in Switzerland, but also share our success stories.
