**Was du mit uns bewegst**:
Der Bereich Consulting hat die Mission, Beratungs-Wunschpartner für erfolgreiche digitale Ambitionen zu sein - unter smarter Kombination von Business, Technologie und Mensch.
In dieser Lead-Rolle entwickelst du das Team sowie die Consulting-Practices proaktiv weiter und leistest dabei folgende Beiträge:

- Weiterentwicklung der Consulting-Practices im Bereich Digitale Transformation
- Coaching und Begleitung von Consultants hinsichtlich spezifischer Beratung in diesen Bereichen
- Erarbeitung digitaler Strategien und Roadmaps sowie Ausgestaltung von Unternehmens
- und IT-Architekturen (Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF)
- Durchführen von Studien, Vorprojekten sowie Design Thinking-Iterationen
- Fachliche Projektleitung von der Initialisierung bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung
- Beratung und Begleitung von Kunden in der Transformation zu einer agilen Arbeitsweise (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps)

**Das bringst du schon mit**:

- Hochschulabschluss (Uni / FH, Master)
- Langjährige Tätigkeit im Beratungsumfeld, idealerweise bereits mit Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von Beratungsdienstleistungen und Begleitung jüngerer Consultants
- Beratung von C-level Kund:innen in Fach-, Technologie
- und Organisationsfragen
- Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen in den relevanten Bereichen
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mündlich und schriftlich (Deutsch und Englisch)
- Reisebereitschaft in der Deutschschweiz insbesondere Zürich und Bern
