Swisslinx is collaborating with a prominent Swiss bank to fill a position for a Quality Engineering Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of internal and external test engineers.

In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:
**1. Team Leadership**: You will be responsible for leading a team of internal and external test engineers. This may involve managing their work assignments, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently.

**2. Quality Assurance Strategy**: You will be involved in developing and implementing the quality assurance strategy for the software development projects. This may include defining testing methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure high-quality software releases.

**3. Collaboration with Development Teams**: You will collaborate closely with the development teams to understand the software requirements and design. By working together, you will identify areas for improvement in the development process and establish effective testing practices.

**4. Continuous Improvement**: A key aspect of your role will be to drive continuous improvement in the quality of software releases. This may involve identifying and implementing improvements in testing methodologies, automation, and overall quality assurance processes.

**5. Stakeholder Management**: You may need to interact with various stakeholders, such as project managers, business analysts, and senior management, to provide updates on testing activities, address any quality-related concerns, and ensure alignment between the testing team and other project stakeholders.
