**Your main tasks**:

- Manage platform products throughout their lifecycle, serving as the central point of contact within the organization and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Act as the sub-project manager for customer-specific variant projects, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with the platform's goals
- Oversee budgeting, financial control, and profitability analysis related to platform initiatives
- Engage in strategic capacity planning to optimize resources and support the long-term success of the platform
- Coordinate and monitor non-conformance (NC) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes for the platform, addressing issues arising from customer complaints to ensure quality and compliance
- Create and maintain comprehensive platform documentation essential for business development and account management. This includes specifications with design limits and offer bases, among other critical information

**Your profile**:

- Experience in the field of medical devices is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in project management, highlighting your ability to oversee complex initiatives
- Proven ability to lead in a matrix organizational structure, fostering collaboration across teams and functions
- Fluent in English. Proficient in German
