Watch Procurement Planner

**Job description**:
Your main task will consist into the planning and the scheduling management of the watch heads and components in order to ensure the right prioritization, its follow-up and the deliveries in due time, quality and quantity (Swatch and Flik Flak).

Main responsibilities will include:

- Define the production plan in collaboration with the partners/suppliers
- Ensure the feasibility, in terms of load capacity, of the plan/scheduling over its short and medium term management horizon
- Weekly/Daily follow-up and monitoring of the load-capacity and ensure its compliance
- Re-prioritization and corrective actions whenever the situation requires it
- Ensure and communicate the launch plan timing to the concerned departments (Product, Sales, e-Com, Distribution, Logistics warehouses, etc.)
- Ensure replenishment for Core and Special collections
- Monitor and ensure with the Development team the production release timing of the new collections
- Participate and/or manage projects
- Support team leader and provide replacement in case of his absence
- Various KPI reports and analysis

- Commercial background or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in planning and scheduling management (ERP), possibly in the watch making field
- Used to work with numbers, analytical skills
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office, mainly in Excel advanced functions
- Knowledge in Material Management module in SAP would be a plus

**Languages**:
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English and French. Italian or German would be a plus.
