Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in **Stuttgart oder Zürich **eine/n **Head of Finance and Accounting (m/w/d).**

Stellenbeschreibung
- Leitung Accounting & Shared Competence Center der Crealogix Group (sämtliche Holding
- und Tochtergesellschaften der Crealogix Group in DE, der CH, UK, SG & ES) und fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Accountants und Finanzspezialisten
- Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen, termingerechten und effizienten Durchführung der Finanzbuchhaltung, einschließlich Transaction Accounting mit Billing und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften, Rechnungslegungsstandards und internen Richtlinien (HGB, OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER) sowie eines wirksamen IKS
- Klären von Bilanzierungs
- und Abschlussfragen (Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse) und Gewährleistung von qualitativ hochwertigen Inputdaten für ein pünktliches Financial Group-Reporting (u.a. Monatsberichte, Bilanz
- und Cashflow-Planung)
- Aktive Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Verbesserung der Unternehmensfinanzen und zur Optimierung der Finanzabläufe
- Implementierung eines neuen ERPs (MS Dynamics)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um eine nahtlose Integration der Buchhaltungsprozesse sicherzustellen
- Ansprechpartner für externe Partner wie Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerbehörden und anderen Stakeholdern
- Management der üblichen lokale Steuern sowie Konzernsteuern (latente Steuern, Transfer-Pricing)

Qualifikationen

Wir suchen eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Hands-On Mentalität, welche voran geht und die Mitarbeiter mitnimmt, mitdenkt, eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und proaktiv Themen angeht und kooperativ in der Gruppe arbeitet und mit Augenmaß Prozesse verbessert und durchsetzen kann.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Führungsposition einer Finanzbuchhaltung, Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Shared Service Centers oder einer ähnlichen Organisationseinheit von Vorteil
- Bilanzsicher und fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Rechnungslegung, Steuern und Finanzberichterstattung
- Exzellente Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
- Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (Navision, MS Dynamics 365) und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch, Spanisch von Vorteil
