What you’ll do
- Lead activation and sustainment of standard work with first and second-line sales leaders.
- Leverage Gemba evidence to build region/zone activation strategies, collaborating with all partners across OpCo to deliver results and drive a consistent, best-in-class customer experience.
- Leverage standard work activation and sustainment KPI‘s with L3 &4 leaders to understand and drive impact of new initiatives and fill future funnel for standard work improvements.
- Understand BP organizational & regional capabilities and skills vs strategy and priorities. Build strategy with L&D partners to upskill org to deliver for the future.
- Collaborate with Central ComEx team to reflect BP needs in future enablement tool strategy, driving efficiency in the tools we use in the field to understand commercial activities and hunt for new opportunities.
Who you are
- Analytical/data driven problem solver who can help teams reduce complex situations to enable progress and results
- Ability to build relationships and influence teams in the development to drive change
- Proven record of driving continuous improvement initiatives with a global audience
