- Und das sind Ihre Kernaufgaben:
- Sie erfassen die vielseitigen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden präzis und beraten sie kompetent.
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für optimale Lösungen. Damit sichern Sie Kundenbeziehungen langfristig und punkten bei Neukunden.
- Bei Ihrer Beratung setzen Sie auch auf innovative Tools und Apps. So nehmen Sie die Kundschaft auf unsere Reise in die Zukunft mit: Sie ermuntern sie, unsere digitalen Produkte einzusetzen und unterstützen Sie dabei.

Wir suchen für diese Funktion einen Senior-Kundenberater, der mehrjährige Bankingerfahrung mitbringt.

- Sie arbeiten im Team Privatkunden in der Geschäftsstelle Frauenfeld. Wir zeichnen uns aus durch einen grossen Teamgeist, betreiben das Privatkundengeschäft mit Leidenschaft und wollen die beste Wahl für Privatkunden in der Schweiz sein.

**Das wünschen wir uns**
- kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bank
- oder Finanzwesen
- Kenntnis des lokalen Marktes und Fähigkeit, ein Kundenportfolio aus
- oder aufzubauen- Fundiertes Verständnis im Bereich Anlagen, Hypotheken und Altersvorsorge
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, sicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten
- Verkaufsleidenschaft und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Aktiver Einsatz für den Erfolg des gesamten Teams
