Hobson Prior are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a brilliant pharmaceuticals organisation on a contract basis located in Zurich. Our client is focused on improving the lives of many.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will produce purchase orders, invoice management and OpEx tracking as well as serve as the main point of contact for BU's troubleshooting.
- Arrange audit promptness, guaranteeing the team adhered to document needs.
- Constantly develop and discuss effectiveness for functional area, develop and outline administrative processes/streamline procedures.
- Work alongside the Swiss LOC finance controller to work on constant improvements linked to the company's purchase to ay procedures and resolve daily problems.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Works well in a team.
- A "can-do" mindset with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Capable of working on various tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy.
- Comprehension of administrative procedures such as budget management, purchase orders, accruals, contracting, etc.
