- und Klimaanlagen. Der Fokus des Kerngeschäfts liegt auf Klappenantrieben, Regelventilen, Sensoren und Zählern. Unser Partner hat intelligente, IoT-fähige Geräte für HLK-Anlagen entwickelt, die den Kunden wertvolle Daten liefern, um die Effizienz der Installation und Inbetriebnahme, die Steuerung und den Service zu verbessern und die Gebäude effizienter zu optimieren.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltungen
- Du leitest fachlich das Rechnungswesen und setzt auf kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung mit Schwerpunkt auf digitale Transformation
- Du gewährleistest die rechtzeitige Erstellung und das Reporting von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäss IFRS und den gesetzlichen Vorgaben (OR)
- Du bist aktiv an der Planung und Umsetzung der externen Revisionen beteiligt
- Du führst das Team der Abteilung für Finanzbuchhaltung (Financial Accounting)
- Du stimmst fortlaufend die Cash
- und Liquiditätsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Treasury ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Controlling, Treasury, anderen operativen Einheiten und den ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften zusammen

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über eine betriebswirtschaftliche Hoch
- oder Fachhochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Rechnungswesen mit
- Fundierter Bilanzsicherheit gemäss IFRS und OR
- Deine Kenntnisse von SAP, insbesondere im Bereich FI, sind sehr gut, ebenso wie deine MS-Office-Fähigkeiten, insbesondere in Excel
- Du verfügst über fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
- Deine Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
